TORVA sinks carry a limited lifetime warranty for residential use. TORVA accessories are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must include a valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What to prepare

  • Dated proof of purchase from an authorized TORVA reseller.
  • The specific part number or product description.
  • Clear photos of the product or issue when requested.

Important limits

This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, improper installation, improper use, lack of care, or defects in accessories such as strainers and rinse grids. TORVA may inspect a product and its installation before approving a replacement.

Warranty replacement timing can vary by part availability. Some replacement parts may take longer if inventory is limited.
